SHIPPING POLICY

BackYard to Nature delivers our product directly from our store or a local quarry. We do not ship any product utilizing standard shipping methods today. Max range of delivery is 60 miles. If a large order is placed and is outside of our delivery range, please call for accomodations.

RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of our products and how they are used, all sales are final. If you have quality issues, please contact us and we will be happy to work with you to correct the issue.

PAYMENT METHOD

Payments may be made in person or through our website. We utilize a third party processor Wix Payments, Stripe, Apple Pay and PayPal. Please see the following links for policies related to these vendors.
